Has anyone seen them on this current tour? I had the thrill of seeing them a few days ago at the Ryman here in Nashville - a very small theater where every seat is good and the sound is great. It was just the right mix of new and old material. One of the highlights was Mike Mills taking center stage to sing lead on Don't Go Back To Rockville. They also did a rousing version of Exhuming McCarthy, the always gorgeous Electrolyte and, since they played an extra long set, too many more to name.

I may not be the most objective because I love, love, love them but overall, it was a fantastic show.

I believe they dedicated "Rockville" to the late Jack Emerson who had many Baton Rouge connections and is dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

I saw them last year and was stunned at how good they were this far down the line.
