My g/f Vikki, took me to a sold-out Todd Rundgren show at the now defunct Bronco Bowl in Dallas for my 45th, coincedently it was Todd 55th B-day. Cake and everything.

A one-man show, with him on piano, and madolin, instead of the old days with the reel-to-reel going, all acompaning tracks where on a CD walkman. Wow, how somethings change, yet stay the same.

He still can sing great, not bad for an old fart. All the standerds were played, even though he asked the crowd if they had heard way to many times, as I am sure he was tired of playing them yet again.

“Hello it’s me” was a crowd pleaser. As well as all the great hits.

A great show, hope he tours again soon.

Scott
