I've dredged up enough klsu snafus to cause me spontaneous curled-up faces for the next month, but weren't there a zillion times more fantastic moments of success? For me, the pinnacle was during "something else," an experimental music shows with a title graciously stolen from Edan at KCRW. Anyway, somebody called in to say that he and his girlfriend were holed up in a motel room with a sheet of acid and a radio to listen to the show. Awww! |

LOL - What a warm fuzzy image. ha ha I just got the calls from the guys out on the oil rigs (who could listen to almost any station all the way up to Shreveport and well into Texas, but tuned to me every Monday at 3:00am... I'm assuming I was the only female voice out there for them), and some wierd guy who was on the dorm in Hodges Hall (accross from the stadium) who would watch me and tell me he liked what I was wearing. *shiver* -Jenni |
