Billy Preston was an underappreciated giant of rock and soul. The first 45 I owned was "Will It Go Round In Circles" in glorious mono. His last recorded performance was on the latest Red Hot Chili Peppers album, [i]Stadium Arcadium[/i]. Wherever he went, he brought the funk. |
