They worked for KLSU? You can get a hold of Jeff through YouTube, I'm sure, by sending him a PM there. Perhaps one more alum to reel into the forum?

oh yeah they were on air. Jeff was music director at one time, Jamal... not sure but think he was on staff there for some of the years. Jeff has been here... user name is "suhy". Jamal as well. I think. Joined facebook group.

God, that was fantastic! Jeff was a DJ (Boogie Boy)and Music Director extrordanaire in the late 80s, and Jamal was also a DJ (Cookie Monster) and Traffic Director, Chief Announcer, and probably Operations Managar too around the same time. They both excelled at their jobs.

Holy shit. That brings me back. That was an awesome day. Ward Gros and I ran ourselves ragged working for that day.

I'm pretty sure I still have my 1988 Groovin' on The Grounds t-shirt, too.

Man, if there is more footage available, I'd like to see all of it.
