hey, just found this, is way cool. i did the punk show with charles ganyay (totally do not know how to spell his last name, that's as phoenetic (once again, sp?) as i can come up with) from 85 to 87. any old farts from back then? we started out with the friday show from midnight to 3, then got the friday night show from 9p.m. to midnight. towards the end we rarely ever did the show together, we generally took turns and did the show solo every other week. i believe we had the first punk specific show at the station. blake

Yeah, I remember Charles "The Bitch Magnet!" Gainiette (danged if I can remember how to spell his name) -- I shared a house with him for a couple of semesters. Guess that makes me one of the old farts from '87 to '89.

Ah, those were the days. Waking up to find Plan 9 sleeping on the sofa in the living room. Going crazy over the Thelonious Monster show. Hanging at the Bayou with Jim Bradford.

Hi Blake! I remember you. I didn't really know you well, because you we so quiet all the times that I saw you. I hope you're doing well. What are you up to these days?

And yes, Gene, we're all old farts now! (Although, I heard one of Logan's fellow Boy Scouts refer to me as "the babe mom"!!!!... funny how my ego rests on a 14 year old. *sigh*)

Anyhoo, Congrats on the new baby girl! Camille is so cute!
