I still thank the lord every day that Joachim my last semester Latin teacher was the international show host too...and let me graduate, I mean helped me graduate.

This site is pretty funny, log me in as a 1997 escapee of KLSU. Now I'm a sales manager of a cluster of radio stations back home in Destin, FL. If any former KLSU'ers are actually good at radio we are taking tapes for our new station Fly 92.1 (like 104 in New Orleans) and Mix 103...check out the sites at http://www.fly921.com...

Looking for Chad Chenier, Dave the Frat Boy, I found Keith and his smelly dog at a strip club on Bourbon during my bachelor party in May.

I hear Patrick Wright on the PA during football games...anyone that is in radio still let me know, always good to network...

Hey Big Co! What a great question.

I saw Joachim in NYC when he interviewed for some financing jobs downtown (This dude had many talents, no?). That was about 3 years ago. At the time he hooked me up with the finest stash of brazilian music ever. (which temporarily relieved my post-radio blues- missing out on all the good loot, and hot smelly rockstars!) I think Joachim was seeing a woman in Spain and may have moved back to Europe. Has a place in Berlin I think...

Joachim visited Chicago about 6 months after I moved back here from BR, so late '02 or early '03. He was looking to stay in the U.S. because his visa was expiring, and he'd hoped to find gainful employment with a company that offered assistance with gaining citizenship. His mother joined him on his journey to a few places around the country, and they were in Chicago for a few nights en route to wherever ConAgra is based in the northern plains states. We went out to dinner and had a nice evening- great guy, hope he's doing well.
